Needs analysis

The implementation of language learning within a company's ongoing training structure requires a study prior to the programming of the courses.

Depending on the staff's knowledge, needs may differ at certain times and consequently so may the targets to be achieved within a specific period.

This may involve a small group of people selected to spend time abroad; the preparation of an entire department for the opening of an export centre; the need to establish aptitudes after a merger with a foreign organisation, or, simply, the improvement of the qualifications of each employee in the company.

To ascertain this, we carry out studies using standardised methods that allow us to determine the knowledge of each participant in each language. Together, through specific interviews, we set the individual and collective targets most appropriate for the company so that we can finally recommend the most suitable training programme with the aim of obtaining the desired results at a fair cost and within a reasonable time.
