Management of training in Spain

A single point of contact for language training needs

Today all the major multinational corporations are permanent clients of one or various inlingua training centres all over the globe - based on national contracts, with some even having international agreements.

Since 1995, inlingua Barcelona has focussed part of its work on this special segment of the training market - in this time it has experienced spectacular evolution with growth exceeding the averages of the sector. Meanwhile we have built up a network of sites in Spain, not only composed of Spanish inlingua centres but also of another 53 language schools working with us on national contracts, thus covering all provincial capitals and the majority of tourist areas. Many of the national contracts where inlingua schools are involved are managed by inlingua Barcelona. Clearly, Barcelona is the top Spanish partner within the global network of inlingua for international agreements.

In the field of managing and running regional and national training programmes, inlingua Barcelona boasts all the tools necessary for coordination, control and permanent reporting to the client's representative. These include:

  • A system of standardised assessment tests for objective evaluations based on a recognised grading scheme (using the inlingua level grades)
  • Standardised reporting documentation for monitoring the attendance and progress of each of the participants in the groups and the teaching content of the classes
  • Standardised mid-course and final exams for evaluating the progress of each of the participants during and at the end of the courses (all based on the inlingua framework) - that can also be used as certification of knowledge acquired.
  • And, of course, data systems which allow management of the "students", the preparation of regular reports, the awarding of certificates after the examinations - and all data on an individual, group, site or global level.

Furthermore, the customer has a single point of contact through inlingua Barcelona. The Director, or, when necessary, his deputy, guarantee constant communication with the power to make decisions at all times.

Reports, statistics and invoices originate from a single point , which significantly reduces the work involved in checking educational and financial information. At all times customers receive uniformity in the information produced, congruent data and reliable learning progress.
