Spanish Courses - Terms of Enrolment
On enrolment, 10% of the total cost of the course is to be paid as an enrolment fee. On receipt of this form duly signed and completed , and accompanied by the enrolment fee, we shall reserve your place on the course and send you written confirmation, together with your accommodation address. Once the course has been confirmed, the enrolment fee cannot be refunded.
The balance (bank transfer, Banker's cheque, I.P.O.) must reach us at least 15 days before the course begins. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if this condition is not met. Personal cheques are not accepted.
CANCELLATION: If you are obliged to cancel your course, we shall refund the full amount (less the enrolment fees), provided that you notify us at least 15 days before the course is due to begin. If you give between 14 and 8 days notice, the refund will be a minimum of 80%, and 7 days or fewer, a minimum of 50%. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and will take effect from the date on which it reaches us.
No refund of tuition fees is possible if you find it necessary to return home during a course. We recommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover this contingency.
If there is only one student in a group, the number of lessons will be reduced by 50% and these lessons will be given as private classes.
